B2. VIOLATED YOUR PAROLE OR PROBATION?: [] YES [x] NO

B3. DO YOU REGRET THE ACTIONS LEADING TO YOUR IMPRISONMENT?:

In my history, during the time of my actions, I did make some short-term and irresponsible choices. I either did not receive or maybe did not pay attention to the importance of what was transpiring. Since being incarcerated, I've learned that I have reflected on the outcome of my own choices, but also on choices impacting those around me. I have learned much from this and am working to become a better person each and every day through improved decision making.

B4. DID THE TIME AS AN INMATE CHANGE YOU?: Yes, my stint as an inmate has altered me, it gave me the solitude and time I needed to seriously think about what I'd done, what I believed and the direction I was taking in life. Only when I was taken away from the distractions of every day life did I really find focus and realise the importance of responsibility, discipline and repercussions. Instead, I’ve spent this time mentally and emotionally growing and I’m ready to apply the work I’ve done to improve my life overall.

      ANSWER & ELABORATE HERE.

B5. WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE, IF PAROLED?: If I am paroled, my plan is to be productive, to be a responsible citizen in the world.

I will look for a steady job. I shall continue to study or learn a profession. I shall duty-bound, learn to be happy. I want to remain focused, adhere to all conditions of my parole and be of service to my community in ways that are meaningful. Of course, my focus is on healing, and finding new ways to live a life filled with meaning and principled purpose.
