    This section requires the applicant to fill in their personal information:
    • First, Middle and Last name
    • Date and Place of birth
    • Gender and Ethnicity
    • Height, Weight, Eye, and Hair Colour
    • Citizenship, Legal Address
    • Contact number and e-mail
    • Languages that are spoken.
    • Licenses possessed.
    Now that we've got the names sorted out, we're moving onto Date and Place of Birth, and Gender.
    • For the dates, we always use the US Military format: DD/MMM/YYYY. So, for example, today, 4th of April, 2019, would be: 04/APR/2019.
    • Place of birth requires a city, state, and Country. So, if your character was born in Los Santos, that would be:
    Los Santos, San Andreas, US.
    Or a foreign example:
    Manchester, Greater Manchester, UK.
    • Gender is indicated by ticking a box. You have "[-] Male [-] Female".
    • Ethnicity is fairly simple, the same thing as the gender- tick the box that applies to your character: [-] -> [X]

    • Physical Description includes Height, Weight, Hair Color and Eye Color.
    - For height, we use Ft and Inch. Here's a useful converter for people who aren't used to using Ft and Inch. (The Google one isn't necessarily accurate, this one is better. Sorry, Google.)
    - For weight measuring, we use pounds. (Lbs) Here's a converter for that as well.
    - Hair color: Use simple colors. "Ashy Rose Gold Blonde with Highlights" isn't something we like to see. It's blonde.
    (Blonde, brown, black - those are the three 'natural colour categories.)
    - Eye color: Again, no need to get poetic. Brown, green, blue, black.
    • Citizenship is a marking system again. Just mark with an X where applicable. [-] -> [X]

    •Legal address needs to match the address of the place that you own/rent. You can get that information by standing directly outside your front door, the address appears in green. The following shows the address for a complex in the top image and for a house in the bottom:

    All you have to do is note down the full address as it appears IG and then add it to your application.
    • Contact number is self-explanatory. It's your character's number as found in /stats or the UCP. No need to add dashes etc (-).
    • E-mails are made up. Typically, we use "@lsmail.com", "@lsmail.us" or "@lsmail.io", it's just a personal preference. Most people tend to combine their character name with a domain: "[email protected]".

    • For languages spoken, mark the ones that apply to your character. If you RP your character speaking a language that is not listed, mark 'Other' as well and replace "Specify" with the language spoken. Many people tend to forget to mark English itself. Don't forget. [-] -> [X] [X] Other: Irish

• The name and address of the High School/College/University can be made up. You can, of course, RP that your character went to High School/College/University in Los Santos if that fits your development. Feel free to do whatever you want with it, as long as it's realistic. And by that, I mean that a 21 y/o character won't have a Ph.D. Feel free to use Google to find a school local to the area where you RP your character background and use the actual school name and address. Or just use your imagination.

• If you wish to RP previous work experience at a place that exists on the map, i.e. Burger Shot, Pizza Stacks, East LS Car wash, etc, you can put some extra effort into your application and actually add their real address. You can get the address by doing /sn when you're at the said location and it will give you the street name.
As already mentioned, you can add employment that is fully fictional (NPC'd). Or it could be employment you actually RPed on your character.
After the business name and address and the job title, there are another two questions:
- Reason for Leaving: Just answer why your character no longer works there. Examples: Seeking better career opportunities or Redundancy etc.
- Type of employment: Self-explanatory, there are a few options, tick the applicable. [-] -> [X]

Note that this question repeats twice. If you want to RP more than one previous employment- list both. If not, fill the second one with "N/A" as the answer.

• Next up is Military Service. If you want to RP service in the US Military, please research it first. Make sure you know what you're talking about and not just put the random thing there. How to fill this section out is going to be your responsibility, but be aware that SADCR does not encourage the portrayal of veterans without the necessary OOC knowledge to properly portray.
- Or if you don't want to RP past military experience, just put "N/A" for all answers.

• The same thing applies to law enforcement experience. Please note that it's generally unacceptable to RP past LEO experience when your character actually hasn't had any. What that means is, if your character hasn't been in the LSPD/LSSD - don't say that they have been.
- If they have, then you should not find it challenging to fill out the answers.
- If they haven't, put "N/A" for all answers.

Simple and easy. Read the declaration, then fill in the date, your character's full name in CAPS, and your character's name again to act as a signature.

Here we are with the last step of the application- the OOC section.
It's important to fill this section out with nothing but the truth as if you try to lie or hide something- we will find out.
Make sure to list all forum accounts, all characters, all admin records, etc, etc.

• GMT - Self-explanatory. If you're not sure what your timezone is - here you go.
• Screenshot of /stats on the character you apply with. Not all of them, just one. Most commonly used website for screenshot uploads is Imgur and it's very easy to use. Once you upload your screenshot there, just add the link to the format.

• List of current and past characters means that you have to list all current characters on your UCP with their level and faction if applicable. Add more fields if necessary and do not miss out any characters as that may lead to denying your application.

• Moving on, we have forum accounts. Simple, just link it add the name of your account to the URL. Add more fields if more than 2, or delete the second one if you only have 1. If you're worried you might mess up the format by deleting, just put N/A instead.

• Faction bans are easy to fill out, just follow the format. If you haven't been faction banned- just put "N/A" for all answers.
• Microphone and TS questions: Mark Yes or No. Note that you do not need a microphone to join SADCR, but you do require TS. [-] -> [X]
