BOARD OF PAROLE HEARINGS

SECTION 1 — DESCRIPTION
  1. The San Andreas Board of Parole Hearings is a panel of people - judges, psychiatrists, or criminologists - who decide whether an offender should be released from prison on parole after serving at least a minimum portion of their sentence as prescribed by the sentencing judge.
  2. The parole review process may be started in a variety of ways, but most commonly it begins once the inmate forwards a letter to the Board of Parole Hearings, requesting an interview.

SECTION 2 — REQUIREMENTS
  1. (( Must apply on an active character with a minimum of 1 ABAS. ))
  2. Must be over the age of 18;
  3. Must have a relatively clean administrative record;
  4. Must never have committed the following crimes or similar internal offenses:
    • Mayhem
    • Kidnapping
    • Manslaughter
    • Murder
    • Attempted Murder (on a Government Worker)
    • Violation of Parole
  5. Must read and acknowledge the Parole Release Conditions:
    • Your personal phone must be charged and turned on at all times;
    • You must stay away from any kind of illegal group or organization;
    • You must show proper respect to any Parole Agent;
    • You must obey all laws within the State of San Andreas;
    • You must comply with any searches of your person or registered property;
    • You must report to your parole agent whenever you are told to report;
    • You may NOT consume any kind of controlled substances or narcotics;
    • You may NOT carry any kind of weapon or illegal substances;
    • You may NOT commit any kind of crime. Traffic infractions and citations are exempt;
    • You may NOT be in possession of any type of firearms, or anything that looks like a real firearm, bullets, or any other weapons.

SECTION 3 — PAROLE REQUEST FORM
  1. The Parole Request Form may be acquired at the Commissary, free of charge. The letter is to be filled according to the instructions and forwarded to the San Andreas Board of Parole Hearings.
